Humans use only 10% of their brains

According to one article, I read about if humans use only 10% of their brains, the article totally disagrees with this claim saying that we use 10% of our brain when we are resting, but we use more than 10% of the brain when doing other activities that require us to think, solve problems, and be creative. The other article I read also disagreed saying that they used scans of the brain using the PET scan and the fMRI scan to detect activity in the brain. The results were that humans used more than 10% of their brains while they were doing activities. This article also criticizes the person who made this claim up saying his claim was wrong. These articles are correct and contain good evidence of why this claim is incorrect. So next time you hear the claim, "Humans use only 10% of their brains" prove to the person wrong.
