Learning Techniques

When I try something that I am uncomfortable with, sometimes the outcome is good, and other times it bad. For example, when I do school work, I do not feel like going out to play futsal, which is a sport like soccer, but indoors. But after I go outside and play futsal for an hour and a half, I have this feeling that I want to keep on doing it because I enjoy it and I want to take a break. Another example could be when I was playing futsal and I tried something new by passing the ball back to the goalkeeper. Unfortunately, I scored on my own goal because my goalkeeper was not in front of the goal. So, in the end, I learned to look up before I pass to the goalkeeper. But the point is that you have to try new things that make you uncomfortable so you can improve on thinking or whatever you want to get better at.
