Response: Lemon Meringue Pie
Lemon Meringue Pie
This is my lemon meringue pie. Per serving, there is around 81 calories, along with around 3.7 grams of total fat. This fat is probably found in the custard or even the meringue. There is 15 milligrams of cholesterol, which is found in dairy products. There is also 69 milligrams of sodium and 18 milligrams of potassium, which is found in milk. There is around 11 grams of carbohydrates, which is found in basically the entire pie. There is only 1.1 grams of protein because there isn't much nutrition in the pie. Just basically lipids. Any nucleic acid in this pie is most likely found in the grains that make up the crust.
