Let the fire burn

Sometimes when I start to feel angry, i let out a quick burst of it, which feels good. Then, I let myself calm down, and try to see what I was angry about from another perspective. I also remember that everything is constantly changing, and know I won’t be angry or anxious for too much longer. I try to change the room I’m in or talk to different people to help that change of mindset take place. I also like to slow my breathing down and focus on the inhale and making the exhale longer than the inhale.
