Loneliness Reflection

A common theme I found in my writing and in this assignment in general is the importance of connection in all aspects of your life and how often times loneliness can point to a deeper sense of disconnect. One thing that stood out to me was the idea of loneliness and identifying loneliness not to be just a negative feeling but a signal for connection. Before this activity I felt uneasy as I wanted to keep pushing away that feeling of loneliness, but I was able to engage myself and found more clarity of what loneliness means and how I should address it. After doing this activity I want to make a more conscious effort to connect with my friends and family. I’ve realised that loneliness, while painful, can be a powerful tool for self-awareness and growth. By understanding the different types of loneliness and reflecting on my experiences, I’ve gained insights into how to address these feelings.
