Ingredients:
Macarons:
- Powdered sugar (carbohydrate)
- almond flour (high in proteins, low in carbohydrates, contains fibers)
- sugar (carbohydrate)
- egg whites (protein)
- vanilla (carbohydrates)
Vanilla Buttercream (filling):
- butter (lipids)
-sugar (carbohydrates)
- vanilla extract (carbohydrates)
- heavy cream (lipids)
In the end, macaroons are full of carbohydrates and lipids, but they sure are really tasty!

The macaron actually looks perfect, you did an amazing job! I like that you listed the ingredients and if they were proteins, carbohydrates, or lipids.

That macaroon looks good. I like how you listed all of the ingredients in the macaroon and labeled it a carbohydrate, a protein, a lipid, and etc…
