I get stressed quite easily whether it’s schoolwork or life. I do personally feel like I’m not super great at managing my stress levels. However, I do some things that help me feel better. If I am feeling really stressed during the day while I’m doing my school work I’ll typically set a timer and take a small brain break then go back to work. I also make sure that I go places and do things over the weekend to take a break from looking at a laptop screen and working constantly. It helps me kind of forget about my stress of school for a bit.
