Mars?

I saw a video explaining the long term effects as well as what natural selection would do to us if we eventually inhabit Mars. We’d have a bigger head and bigger eyes. I’m sure there was some other speculations, but from what I gather here, it would not be the most comfortable stay if your own bodily requirements need to change to be able to function on a different planet. I’d consider going if Earth is doing a lot worse in being stable, but mars is a little too much, considering there’s either deserts or frozen lakes.
