I think that I can procrastinate from time to time but to prevent this I like to make mental notes and plan out realistically when I can get work done. Sometimes I can go back and forth with myself when I know I have things to get done but simply just don’t want to do it. When this happens I will give myself a break and then set out a time where I can go back and complete everything that needs to be done. I also like to remind myself that I will always feel better when things are completed and never worse.
