My Body, My Experiment
For my experiment, I wanted to see how gluten affected my sleep. I did this experiment over the span of two weeks and recorded my sleep using an app called sleep cycle. The line graph above shows the quality of my sleep throughout the experiment. The blue line represents the control week, and the red the week I went gluten-free. After finishing the experiment I came to the conclusion that the lack of gluten consumed increases the quality of sleep.

Whoah! Really interesting data! Was it hard to go gluten-free? Did you notice any other variables that would have been different? Did you detect a placebo effect?
