My Personality Type

Hey, my name is Caleb and I was labeled as an executive or ESTJ-T by the 16 personalities test. My strengths are dedication and honesty while some weaknesses are that I am judgmental and emotionless. I do not agree with all of the test. I would say it was about 80% accurate. It was difficult for me to answer questions regarding my judgement or impact on other people. Although, it states that executives are rule followers and very “class” citizens. I tend to bend the rules more than typical. This would be one exception to my results.
