Pilot in the Making!

I loved listening to your story as a child. I think as parents we're hesitant to put any emphasis on what our children say about "what they want to be when they grow up" But when that passion is discovered at a young age, I think it's a beautiful thing. My son always said he wanted to be a pilot like my dad. At 16 we took him up in a small plane to see if that was something he would really want to do. Now at 21 he is on his way to getting his pilots license. We need to be open but also listen when kids find their passions early. I know this can be a great metaphor but it also works in real life too. Thanks for sharing your passion!
