I typically get anywhere between an hour to twelve hours of sleep per night, which is not that great for my health. It’s very difficult for me to fall asleep and takes me about 1-2 hours. During the week past few weeks, I’ve gotten around 3 to 5 hours of sleep which I have felt was affecting me negatively. I have been having a shorter temper haven’t been focusing as well. It also seems like I get quite bad headaches if I get too little or too much sleep. Hopefully, now that it is summer, I will be able to get my sleeping schedule figured out.
