Stakeholders in the Mesoamericano Tilapia Project

Stakeholders in Understanding and Responding to Your Questions

This document outlines the stakeholders involved in our communication regarding your questions and how we will interact with them.

Main stakeholders, their importance, and how we are going to communicate with them:

  1. Students: Mesoamericano students are the center of the school and their needs, achievements and well-being are the reason for the school’s existence.

  • We have planned a general assembly aimed at the students with all the information we have about the project.

  1. Parents: they are the main allies of the school. They are involved and interested in their children’s education.

  1. Teachers: they are responsible for imparting knowledge and skills to students.

  1. Staff in charge of school: it is important to communicate the project to the principal and school coordinators.

  • We plan to create a video explaining the project that we will carry out and distribute it on the social networks of the Mesoamericano school.

  • Send emails to parents with images and information about the tilapia project

  • Send printed notes from the Mesoamericano School to parents through students, these notes will be delivered to notify parents about the project and will provide all important information.

We are mainly interested in making the project known to the students, who in the future will become part of the tilapia project.

Good identification of stakeholders and communication strategy to start the project. Let’s revisit this in a few weeks and see how it is going.
