Nutrition is really important because of its ability to resist diseases and other health problems. Nutrition could reduce the chance of you getting cancer, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and osteoporosis. Nutrition can also lower blood pressure and high cholesterol. On the physiological side, it can also boost your mood. Some foods that I will try to add to my diet would be meat because it has less fat. I would also add fruits and veggies to have more natural fibers and vitamins. I would start a plan to help incorporate these foods into my diet.
