There are a lot of different learning strategies, and they don’t all work for everybody. Personally, I find I am able to retain information the best by making flashcards. They are really helpful when I’m trying to learn something new. One example of this is if I needed to prepare for a math test. I would write down different types of problems, and then attempt to recite from memory how I would go about solving that type of problem. I would continue to do this until I could recite everything with 100% accuracy. This is a technique known as repetition and works for pretty much everything. I have used it in the past, not only for a math test but all my other classes.

This is a very great way of learning. I have tried flashcards in the past for vocabulary, but I never thought to use it for anything else. I think this is a pretty unique way of learning since a lot of people use flashcards for vocabulary, but you use it for types of problems and how to solve them and I think it’s very cool that you were able to apply the idea of flashcards to other aspects of learning.
