Video Games

Video games are good in moderation. Most video games help you relax and are a fun way to pass the time. However if you spend 8+ hours a day playing games you will experience heath problems. These problems could be weight gain, blood clotting, addiction to the game, dopamine addiction, reduction in motivation, emotional suppression, repetitive stress injuries, poor mental heath, relationship issues and social disconnection. One major benefit is that the combination of concentration and neuro transmitters surges strengthening neural circuits which give the brain a workout, this helps fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, spatial skills and problem solving and logic. So in conclusion from 1 to 9 hours a week is the beneficial amount.
