What I think on the topic of this path

I think that it’d be pretty interesting if we were the only source of life in the universe because that would mean that earth would’ve been the only lucky planet in the universe. But I think that we aren’t alone in the universe and I do think it does matter because they could either be the same as us or might’ve evolved in a different way that would let them survive on their planet.
