Nutrition is important as it makes you an overall healthy human being. Getting enough nutrients can help fight off heart diseases and diabetes. It can also improve your mental and physical health immensely. It strengthens your immune system, in turn improving your ability to fight off illnesses. I would add more sources of protein to my diet. Food such as fish, cheese and yogurt, and other foods rich in protein. These foods contain lots of nutrients, and I don’t consume them often. I would add fish and cheese to meals and have yogurt as a snack or part of a meal.
