Music is a great way to get the mind moving. Scientists say it is a “good workout’ for your brain. It has also shown to be a great stress and anxiety reliever. It can also lower your blood pressure and improve sleep quality. Music has also helped me a lot too. I always listen to music and always play guitars and piano because it makes me feel free in a way. Music is a great tool for your mind.

Cool to note that it helps you concentrate! My theory is that it creates a vessel for your experience, almost like an aura or bubble around you and what you are focusing on. It’d be interesting to do a study on how music affects blood pressure and sleep, personally!
