Why Nutrition.

Why nutrition – we need nutrients that our body and our mind can stay healthy. Each type of nutrient has its own function within the body. Carbohydrates are used for generation of energy. Fats are mainly used as an energy reserve and also to provide some insulation to the body. Where is proteins have the most diverse function in our body. Some proteins act as enzymes some others act like hormones was a few others like pigments.
