Creativity

As mentioned previously, I traveled through South America on my vacation. During this time, there were large periods with no internet and power, so much of my time was spent reading and drawing. Drawing is something that I’ve wanted to work on for a bit in regards to my artistic talents, and I’m very happy with the way that things turned out. I only had the chance to get a couple of sketches done, but the ones I did manage to complete I’m very happy with. It was a very good exercise in proportion and scale, and also taught me several lessons that I can apply to my overall artistic talents. For example, I know understand how important it is to get a rough outline of things BEFORE you add all the detail in case you need to erase. This trip was a huge opportunity for me to grow as a person and have some time for self reflection.
