Cas: What Will We Get Started With Once We Are Back??

We had a 2 month holiday for summer from July to September and during these 2 month holidays I thought about what was going to be the first thing I was going to work on once I get back? Well there are a lot of things that we have to keep in mind before we start this project!

Funding:

Funding is one of the most important aspects that needs to be done in order to start this project! We are working with 3 students and two adults, one of the students, Henry was in charge of finding an organization or company to provide us with funds to get started with our project, but we can’t get started with the project until the funding is secure even though we were given a head start financially.

Why do we need more money?

In order to have a successful youth center, we need to provide the center with a variety of tools that will entertain these teenagers, meaning providing games, comfort, beverages, etc…. This is one aspect that will be financially provided with! Air conditioning, fans, electricity, rent and food is another huge aspect that needs to be financially taken care of regularly and this is the main reason why we need funds from different organization in order to get going and be successful in that era!

Volunteer work:

While we were away, we didn’t have anyone to take care of our youth center but at the moment that wasn’t a problem because we hadn’t gotten started with our project yet, but in the future once we have our youth center ready and fully finished that’s when it’s going to need supervision while we are gone during our holidays. We need to find a few different people that are willing to volunteer to cherish their time in supervising and working at our youth center during Christmas, spring break and summer! Many people will be gone during those seasons, but our job is to find the right people that will in the country during those times to provide their full attention, presence and commitment to our youth center while we are gone! This is definitely going to be one of the first things we are going to work on as a group once we get back from our holidays, we are going to go on a hunt to find the right people that will be able to be present at our youth center while we are gone!

Donations:

Many people within our community enjoy and regularly donate some material of their own to many communities and we need to find these people. In order, to let our community know that we need donations, we need to find a way for them to be fully informed! Social Media is the best way to inform people within our community about donations that our youth center would need! Once a week, introduce ourselves and mention some of the donations and necessities that our youth center could provide from. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, it needs to be everywhere.

This leads to one of the most important aspects in order for our Youth Center to be recognized:

Marketing: It’s our job as a group, to inform all the communities that surround our youth center about it! People need to be aware about the center and need to know what it’s for? why is it there? and what should they expect from it? and how do we answer these questions in a non-verbal way? We market it on social media! Blast all platforms of social media about our youth center in an efficient way meaning entertain the people and get them excited about it! The community reading about our youth center need to be ecstatic and feel the need to come by and hangout and participate in our activities.

Once we have all the most important aspects taken care of we will feel so confident about our project and will be more then just sure that it will be successful! In order to check off these important aspects off the list, we need to have the strengths of commitment and perseverance! We need to commit ourselves and think positively about this project, this project needs to be a priority!
