Amanda- Journal Entry December 28th 2019

On December 28th I went on a run around my neighborhood. I decided to do this in the morning at 10 am to start my day. Firstly, I started with some warm ups like jumping jacks and squats then proceeded to start jogging. I did 3 laps which took me 25 minutes then went home and hydrated myself. It was challenging at first since I haven't exercised in a long time but after a while I got the hang of it and started enjoying it more.
