Anchor Project/CAS night

On September 21 our class is planning an event to show off all of our schools class and CAS projects. The committee I was assigned to was in charge of planning the kids games and activities. We are recruiting some 9-11 graders to help watch the kids and we are bringing board games for them to use. At the start we were going to use the yoga studio at the location for the kids activities but the yoga instructors told us they were not comfortable having kids playing in the space. Because of this we had to re-plan where we were going to do the activities and what type of activities we were going to do. At the location there is a field so we’ll set up some games like capture the flag, dodgeball, tag, etc. We are working and communicating with P.E. teacher to get the equipment so we can set up the games.
