Cas for me is a way to explore the world outside of our school and to realize there is more than just what we see on our everyday. Cas can be a way to make new friendships and build a stronger community that is more informed and well surrounded. My cas project helps young people understand the importance of music in their lives and how we as younger people can have a huge impact through discovering our creativity. It is important for me that everyone has the opportunity to experience music in their own way. For many having access to music classes it’s not a problem but to others unfortunately isn’t a possibility. I have seen my progress throughout my project and I have realized how much having a social responsibility can open your eyes to new opportunities that can help you for the rest of your lives. I am happy to have a community in la paz where I am able to discover my weaknesses and strengths by putting myself out there in the world.
