CAS Risk Management

We decided on these risks because they are high potential areas that we might have issues and risks. These risks are mostly just part of our project and will always be there. Most of these risk we don't have to control over but some of them we can work hard and overcome them. We decided on serenity and probability by the amount of risk based on the affection of our whole project fro example one of my risks were not enough money, I put a probability of 3 and severity of 3 which gave us a total of 9 for our risk rating. This means that it is one of our biggest risks because without the necessary amount of money our project would succeed. My plan to avoid some of these risk to get worst or to happen are having good organization, responsibility and asking for as much help as we can get from our school.
