CAS Show and Tell Journal entry #10

What do you have to show for your projects? The things I have to show is a team, training sessions twice a week and one in the beach in the weekend. I also have many new contacts and relationships with different teams. We are in the process of keeping new uniforms. Give some proof of work on your project. Show the progression of your project. Where are you in comparison to your Gantt Chart? Are you on track? Was there anything added that you forgot about? Are you behind and why? In comparison we are in the right place, I think we took the right decision on going with this project. We took our values and decided to go on with our project this made us have a good attitude and workspace to succeed and most important we are happy with our decision. And what are you proud of? Show it and tell me why. Something I am proud of is the determination and the dedication I have put into this project because we started from zero because of the Covid situation and now we have something solid. What could have be done better? Talk about that and talk about how you can change your tactics in the future. Something that we could have done better is the planning and organization because it was kind of complicated because of the Covid situation. We could have done maybe like the planning of the next steps.
