Cindy – August 17th, 2020 Journal Entry #32

During quarantine Amanda and I were thinking about ideas to fundraise money for our cultural exchange project. We had ideas involving being present at school but since that cannot be possible yet, we started to talk and decide new ways such as selling products in our communities. Our first product was churros and it was successful because we had a good profit. During the process we realized we need to work more in the organizational aspect but a good aspect that we saw during this process was our way of analyzing the risks and pros. We had a good visualization of how the results were going to be and how we are going to keep working towards a reasonable amount of money to be achieved. Some skills that we had to put into practice were: leadership, open-minded and patience.
