Cindy – August 2nd, 2020 Journal Entry #30

During this day I decided to exercise a little bit and I went hiking with my friend. It was a 6 km hike and the view was worth it. I decided to do this in order to take some space from all the stressful situation that we are all living in. I was giving myself some time to rest and think before going back to school. I was also reflecting on everything I achieved during the last trimester and what I would like to achieve during this last school year of mine at La Paz. One of my goals for the rest of the year is to keep being active by doing sports like running. I want to develop my resistence to a better level because I consider that exercising helps me maintain a stable mental health.
