Cindy – Journal Entry #9 December 2nd

At the beginning of this month my first trimester of eleventh grade was about to finish. So, I decided to focus more on the things that I really like and that are good for me. In this case, working out is one of them because it helps me relieve stress and it is actually good for my health. My friend Yuneysi and I rode approximately 25K. During this day we realized that nowadays everyone is so busy and has no time for anything that everything they do is here now and now, because then there would be no time. Nevertheless, movement is very important for the body. It has been shown that in addition to the physical health, it also helps improve mental health. Since I am environmentally friendly, I want to improve my resistance in order to travel less by car and I know this mindset will help me achieve my outcome.
