Cindy – May 24th 2020, Journal Entry #24

This week I chose the activity of working out, basically I was guided by this challenge where I had to work out for 30 mins everyday. This helped me get through the week and feel more energized when doing my school assignments and personal activities of my interest such as playing the ukulele, writing and reading. It felt really good to move because I spent too many hours sitting on my desk in front of my computer to follow instructions or be present in zoom calls. I believe that the outcome during this week was being disciplined to stick to the routine and also balanced in order to have time for everything such as school, family and working out. My stress level dropped down with the news that I will not be taking the exams of the national baccalaureate, but also the app called “calm” helped me as well. On the other hand, some IB skills I put into practice were balanced and inquirer. Balanced because I could organized effectively my time and inquirer due to certain assignments I had to turn in where research was involved.
