Create a planning document for this trimester

Introduction From last trimester we had 4 kids, there is still pending a meeting with Tatiana to pick new ones. What is pending after this meeting, is to prepare and distribute the food that will be donated to them. There are several snack ideas, $100 that will be donated by Miss Amy to buy fresh food and $70 that remain at the Snack Shack. What are the goals of your project? To find options to distribute snacks to scholarship students without me having to leave my class for a long period of time. These students need the extra support with snacks and they are chosen by the Scholarship Director, Tatiana. What are the milestones that you will need to meet to obtain those goals? Meet with Tatiana to reorganize the scholarship list of students for trimester 3 Coordinate with Miss Amy to donate the $100 for fresh food Make a list of things to buy at the supermarket Plan the date to go buy the fresh food Coordinate with Snack Shack to spend the $70 remaining Use my CAS time during school hours to have important meetings or to brainstorm ideas How will you know that you have succeeded? I will know by analyzing and reflecting on my work, making sure that the students are eating the food that is provided to them. Also by seeing the changes in the students and by advancing on my pending goals. I could also ask the students how they feel about the project and the impact it has made.
