Decisions

My choices for land are as follow: 1. Hope that Alejandro Berkowitz is able to let me use his land for my CAS project, which will cost me nothing. 2. Buy land from a real estate agency, which the best I could find with no infrastructure costs $155,430, and since I will make no money from the park, I will be in a negative $155,430, and there is no chance that I will make that much money for a dog training park. 3. My third option is to do nothing, causing me to fail CAS and IB. Therefore, knowing my options, the only real option would be to use Alejando Berkowitz’s land, and if that will prove to be impossible, donate the money I have saved for the Dog Bark for something else or ask if there is anybody else who has land for me to use.
