Demonstrate engagement with issues of global significance

Students are able to identify and demonstrate their understanding of global issues, make responsible decisions, and take appropriate action in response to the issue either locally, nationally, or internationally.

Covid-19 and the global pandemic were definitely one of the biggest global issues happening during the progress of my cas project. But one of the biggest issues was poverty, where I live my community has access to basic resources so they don’t have the finance to access skateboarding. A full setup for a skateboard costs around 120$ and my goal is to provide this without any costs. My cas project aims to influence the audience that has access to these resources to help out your community and introduce them to new sports. This way you can expand your community and make them experience new sports and activities because after all, life is short.
