Email sent to organization that donates computers

I have been talking a lot with my aunt that teaches second grade at Alexandra Community School and she had some information about my project for me. She gave me the name of the technology supervisor for the Blue Water District School Board and his email, in which I sent him the information for my project and the reason for why I picked that. Now I’m hoping to get a positive response back, I asked him at the end of the email if he had any contacts that could help me.
