First obstacles

Some challenges and obstacles I have encountered during the first phase of my project are; finding the right recipe to base mine off of, having time to do the actual baking aspect of it, and figuring out a way to make a batch without wasting cake or making errors in the quantities. I overcame these by researching, taking risks when appropriate and asking for the support I need. I am definitely learning a lot already!
