Getting started

Getting started felt great! I was so excited to have a class where I could focus on something I love during school, and getting to produce my own cake recipe is such a dream. When I first thought of this class I was going to experiment weekly with different recipes, but when I really thought about it, I wanted something long-term. And what’s better than a real life recipe I can use forever!! I am excited to see where this goes, and I hope that I can produce something I am proud of by the end of this trimester.
