Global Significance

My main project consists in using my technological skills or just general, each CAS project gives something different to the community. I’ve been mostly involved in two projects in the boy’s soccer team managing the fund recollection and buying of the new jerseys this process took around one month. I’m more directly involved in the second project, which is a website on which people(specially females) can find safe cab drivers. Safeguanataxi.com is the website the current roadblock is that we need funding to do advertisement and talk with the recommended taxis in order to convince them to allow us to feature them on our website. This has global significance because it’s an attempt to reduce women’s sexual abuse, which is the reason this project started; a teen girl getting sexually abused in a taxi in a neighboring town.
