What are our community strengths?

Everyone supports each other in a positive way. If there is a problem its solved as a community, not individually.

What does the community need?

More communication because not many people reach out when they have problems because they may be embarrassed or just scared.

What does the community have to share? 

The ideas that come out of it.

Extra Question: What was a difficulty when starting a shoe company?

The start up funds because it costed lots just to make the shoes, and then I had to ship them wherever they were ordered from.
