You are the manager of your project. How have you kept yourself motivated throughout your experience? Explain how you have succeeded in motivating yourself and explain times where it has been difficult. Does your culture affect your motivation?: What motivated me were the kids who are being helped by the program, since I don’t want them to go through a day without having any snacks. I have experienced times where I didn’t had any snacks and would look at others snacks wishing to have something similar, and most of the time my energy would be very low. That’s why I don’t want the kids to go through what I have gone through. It hasn’t been difficult at all to be motivated in helping these kids out, since it’s something I chose to do. My culture hasnt affected the way I’m motivated in the project,in which I have bigger plans for the future.
