Journal Entry Sept. 16, 2021

This week for CAS, we got a lot of things done in both of our projects. Firstly, we had a meeting for our Donaciones con Amor project with Miss Kenia. She gave us some suggestions of the steps we need to get done for our second donation contest. She also approved of our idea of the contest but disagreed with some of the prizes that we were giving. We also sent an email to Gabriela so she could post our idea about the contest on families of La Paz, this will also help the parents have a clear understating of the grade contest. For our second project (yearbook), we announced that was starting it in the morning meeting so people would join. We also organized a meeting during lunch to see the students interested in being part of the group and it went very well. We now have 11 students from the chirripo campus that want to participate. During the meeting, we gave a brief explanation of what we need to get done to create the yearbook, as well we decided on meeting day which is Mondays during lunch.
