This trimester I have been dancing like I have been since I was little. This helps me stay healthy with my body and balance my school life since it helps me calm down and relieve stress.
After I’m done with my dance classes I feel super good and confident about my body. I feel proud of myself for working on my body and I feel like I let go of my stress and just focused on my movement.
My strengths would be my dancing. I consider it something I’m good at since these past years I’ve put a lot of effort into it. I could work on being more consistent and pushing myself more.
Dancing takes a lot of commitment meaning it’s very important, with commitment comes results and it keeps your body consistent and working hard. Through commitment a routine is created.
I would prefer working on my body with others since I feel more motivated then if i’m by myself.
