Throughout this vacation I decided to start doing exercise, I am a very active person and due to the quarantine I stopped doing my favorite sport which is soccer. I began to notice that my diet was not very healthy and that I gained a lot of weight since being alone at home causes me stress and makes me want to eat a lot. This is why I decided to start a more active life, during these two months I decided to start walking and running during my afternoons. Likewise, I downloaded an app on my cell phone called "30 day Fitness challenge" which consists of guided training at home for 30 days. This app helped me with my exercise routine. This experience led me to change my lifestyle during these months. I managed to remove my stress and anxiety through exercise. It helped me to become a more persevering person, since despite being tired many times I decided to continue until it became a routine. I really miss being able to run and play alongside my teammates and exercise makes me feel a little closer to them.
