Last journal of the year

1) I consider CAS to be an experience where myself as the student can live through moments that are specific to real life. It allows me to engage with the three branches of learning that are not integrated into books and homework. I choose my project as plan B because the original concept I had in mins even though it was totally revolutionary and beneficial for the world it was too ambitious economically. I have my parents, the maintenance team at my restaurant, google and Ruben as assets that will help me succeed.

2) in my garden project COVID has had a huge impact, if there was no pandemic there would be no need to pursue this idea. Since COVID had slowed down globalization, the development of a garden that can supply interesting ingredients for cooking has become an increasingly beneficial concept.

3) my project consists on a multi stage concept, over summer I can start the cleaning of the area where the garden will be set.  Then I can start to level the area, compost bins can be started and sourcing seeds can be done.
