May 6th Stakeholders

We had a great meeting yesterday that consisted of a clear understanding of our values so that we can make decisions with these values in mind.

They are

HONESTY - we will be honest and be accountable for our actions.

OPENNESS - we will be open to new ideas and new people. We will make sure that we take other people's perspectives into account when making decisions.

SERVICE - We will provide service to our community in ways that are thoughtful and necessary.

We worked on our name some more and know that we would like our logo to be a female dragon - (you can see Megan's drawing of a dragon on her stakeholder map) and we would like to have a nest included in the name. We will try to finalize that this week.

They also filled in their stakeholder map and used it to think about who in their lives are the most important stakeholders and how to communicate with them.

All in all a great meeting where we continued to get to know each other and explore some new concepts and move forward in our project planning!
