Meeting of March 22nd, 2023

Today we met over Zoom with Matthew Thomas, the Education Director for the Wonderment. We discussed the twists and turns in the story of SeaRunoff, like facing troubles making an Augmented Reality application due to a lack of experience. But there was a positive outlook too: even though we may not continue SeaRunoff upon our graduating from e3 Civic High, the torch can be passed to groups of students like ourselves in future Design Thinking classes. Scalability was also discussed: due to the ease of creating QR-code flyers (meant to display AR renderings of stormwater pipes near them), SeaRunoff could be scaled to areas not confined to Downtown San Diego, California.
