What is your objective of the project? Do you need to explain what a CAS project is?

Our objective is to put on a production sometime in the beginning of next year (2022) and involve the dancers at Elevate movement dance studio. We don’t need to explain what a CAS project is because we have already been in contact with Gaby and we have already explained it to her. 

How are you going to communicate with them? Email, interview, whats app?

We plan to communicate through personal meetings because that is what works best for us. We see each other every week at the dance studio so communication is not difficult. That being said, since we are there to dance we still need to set specific times to meet and talk about the project. If there is any communication that needs to be done online we plan to use Whats app. 

What are you planning on asking them?

• How exclusive should the show be?
• Should we charge for practice or only entry tickets?
• How long should the show be?
• Would you or Chanelle be interested in choreographing a piece?

What are the expectations?

• We need to set specific times to practice. 
• Set up formal meetings once a month in the beginning and have them more frequently as the deadline for the show approaches.
