How can you use this theory to create motivation for your CAS project?

I’m choosing the Goffee and Jones motivational theory since its the one i’m most familiar in and i also enjoy the most. This theory talks about the importance of a good leader and the fundamental role it has over a team, I can apply this theory of motivation in my CAS project to position myself as an individual the people I interact with can feel confident in trusting and working with. This will help others trust me, leading to faster growth of the project and creating contacts within organizations, municipalities and companies. If I follow a For-profit business model it will be crucial to creating a successful business. If i where to take a non-profit approach if would be fundamental not only in executing the normal functions of the organization but in rasing sufficient funding to operate.
