New CAS Project idea+Planning of it

Because of recent risk security in taxis around our community another classmate and I have decided to start designing a website where people can find Safe taxi drivers that can potentially make it less riskier to travel around the zone.

What are the goals of your project?

To make individuals that use taxi feel safe

What are the milestones that you will need to meet to obtain those goals?

• Increase our website traffic to 5-10 per day.
• Increase to 10 taxist listed
• Monthly funding
• Have satisfied users/show appreciation
• Future generations showing interest in continuing the project
• Exposure

How will you know that you have succeeded?

• Wix offers analytics for traffic and user interaction.
• People will recognize the name of Safe Guana Taxi and taxist we approach will accept the offer
• A 10th grader will start to work alongside us
• When don’t have to pay for website and advertising expenses

What is needed this week to get you started? (marketing, meetings, emails, other communication, etc.)

• Polish the website
• Contact the entrepreneur guy
• Get people to talk with the nominated taxist personally to give a more convincing explanation of the project
